Function:

For the WA2000 Wi-Fi/BLE add-on module, initiates copying of the firmware "file" (that was uploaded onto the WA2000 using wln.writeflashpage) from the spare area into the target region of the module's flash memory. The target region is selected with wln.setupgraderegion.
