Function:

Reports if any file is currently opened "on" the selected file number (selection is made through fd.filenum).

Type:

Enum (no_yes, byte)

Value Range:

0 — NO: No file is currently opened on this file number (default).

1 — YES: The file is currently opened on this file number.
