Secure Shell (SSH)

By default, Tibbo's Yocto-based and Ubuntu-derived distributions for the LTPP3(G2) can accept Secure Shell (SSH) connections to provide a remote command-line interface, which provides nearly the same functionality as the serial console.

To establish an SSH connection with your device, you'll need an SSH client for your computer. There are a plethora of great software options that support SSH, such as Tibbo's IO Ninja, which is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

In your SSH client, enter the IP address for your device with the default port of 22 and open the connection. If you do not know the IP address for the device, you can always connect via the serial console to retrieve that information.

Once the link has been established, you will be asked to log in.

The following table details the default usernames and their passwords for each Tibbo Linux distribution.
