The Wi-Fi interface forms its own ad-hoc network when the wln.associate method is invoked while the wln.bssmode= 1- PL_WLN_BSS_MODE_ADHOC and the wln.ssid is set to the name of an ad-hoc wireless network which does not exist around the device. The value of the wln.ssid property will define the name of this newly created ad-hoc network.
