Host and Port to Bind for the VSP (<bind> Section)

<Bind> section defines the IP-address and the port number of the VSP on its side. The section has the following syntax (purple marks default values that will be used if corresponding parameter is omitted):

<bind host="[IP_address]" port="port"/>
